Schedule a free consultation

Fill out the form on the contact page, and I will follow up to schedule a 20 minute consultation to discuss what you would like out of therapy and for you to ask me any questions you might have.

Book your first session

The first session is unlike others. It will be an opportunity to discuss in more depth why you are seeking therapy at this time. This session will be slightly more structured, where we will explore a brief background history, such as when the difficulties began and how they progressed over time. The aim is to develop a shared understanding of who you are and how therapy can be most helpful for you.

Start your therapy

If you feel I am the right therapist for you and if you would like to continue working with me, we will agree on a regular time slot.
All sessions take place online. Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly.

I charge £100 for individual sessions and £120 for couples sessions.
