Individual Therapy
These sessions are designed for adults seeking a supportive space to explore their difficulties and receive therapeutic guidance.
Whether you're facing specific challenges or exploring complex emotions, therapy is a collaborative space where we work together to make sense of your experiences. Together, we can identify patterns, build coping strategies, and nurture your strengths in a way that feels meaningful and supportive for you.
All sessions take place online. Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly.
Fees: £100 for individual sessions
Couples Therapy
Relationships can be challenging, and difficulties within them can impact your overall well-being. You may feel disconnected, struggle with communication and boundaries, or find that external pressures are straining your bond.
A strong relationship isn’t one without conflict, it’s one where both partners can navigate challenges in a way that fosters growth, compassion, and understanding. In our sessions, we will work together to strengthen your connection, improve communication, and support you in resolving conflicts constructively. My goal is to help you and your partner build a more fulfilling, resilient relationship.
All sessions take place online. Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly.
Fees: £120 for couples sessions

Free Consultation
I warmly welcome conversations with anyone considering their first step towards improved mental well-being. I offer a free 20 minute consultation to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions you may have. The different therapeutic modalities I offer can be discussed and explained in our consultation. It would be a pleasure and a privilege to work with you on your journey towards healing and growth.
